What information do we collect from you?

If you make a booking direct with us, by phone or email, or make an enquiry through our website, we will request some or all of the following information:

• Name/s of guests making the booking
• Home address of guests
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Dates you wish to stay
• Specific requirements e.g. dietary needs

How do we use information we hold?

Your email address is only used to confirm your booking or provide information necessary for your stay with us. You are given the option to opt in to our quarterly newsletter which gives information about any special offers, events etc when you contact us via  the enquiry form on our website.

The content of your email is automatically removed after 3 months.

We will only use your phone number if we need to contact you with information relevant to your stay with us.

We do not use your information for any purpose other than the provision to you of our Guest House services. We will never disclose your information to third parties.

You can request at any time that we remove all your personal data from our system.

Security of your personal information

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

We store all personal information on our secure password and firewall protected servers.

Any information sent over the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of any data sent over the internet.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest and social media. Please note that we do not have any control over other websites and the privacy of any information which you may provide whilst visiting such sites.

Reviews

We really welcome your reviews via the various review sites, or in our guest book. If we share these we would only use your first name and not disclose any personal information.

If you book a stay with us via an online agency such as Booking.com, please see their policies regarding your data and privacy.
